Arrival
A gentle opening with the guide, the LumaLoop mark, and the message that you do not have to figure everything out today.
About LumaLoop
LumaLoop is a guided reset app that starts with a complete Beginning Journey, then helps you record and replay your own voice as the signal you return to.
We go one step at a time.
The Beginning Journey
The first experience is not a paywall teaser. It welcomes you, helps you clear space, guides you to create your first self-recorded loop, asks for one small reflection, and then opens the normal app.
You do not have to figure everything out at the start. The first job is simple: arrive, breathe, record something honest, and return to it.
Additional pathways are available when you are ready, but the beginning is designed to stand on its own.
How The First Flow Works
A gentle opening with the guide, the LumaLoop mark, and the message that you do not have to figure everything out today.
A short prerecorded reset makes space before recording. This is preparation, not the loop you are here to create.
Record the 3-minute reset in your own voice, choose a background sound bed, and listen back before beginning the cycle.
Answer one small prompt, then continue to Home where the reset cycle and other tools make sense because your loop exists.
Your Voice
LumaLoop is not only a place to hear someone else guide you. The free path asks you to record the reset in your own voice, with words you can keep as written or adjust before recording.
Free users can keep one active voice loop. They can play it again, begin the 72-hour cycle, delete it, edit the words, and record again when the loop needs to change.
The reset cycle begins after your own signal exists.
The 72-hour reset is a return container. Once you have a loop, the app gives you a place to come back to it, repeat it, and notice what changes.
Background atmosphere can sit under your voice during playback, so the loop feels supported without replacing the most important sound: you speaking the pattern you are practicing.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is a repeatable return.
Theta Windows
Use the first moments after waking to set the day before the day sets you. Start a short practice, record a morning intention, or set a gentle reminder.
Use the final moments before sleep to release the day and plant the pattern you want the deeper mind to rehearse overnight.
Use the day window as a reset point: pause, breathe, choose your state again, and return before the pattern runs you.
Free And Plus
The free experience gives you the Beginning Journey, Clear The Way, one active self-recorded voice loop, background atmosphere, reflection, and the 72-hour reset.
LumaLoop Plus adds unlimited recordings, recording imports, premium pathways, advanced modules, and guided programs for people who are ready to go deeper.
The beginning is enough to begin.
The people behind LumaLoop
LumaLoop is being built by Derek Paris and Kristopher Ditta with feedback from the LumaLoopers beta community. The team uses tester reports to improve the language, recording flow, accessibility and emotional safety of each pathway.
Questions, corrections and product feedback are welcome at hello@lumalooper.com. Beta testers can also join the public LumaLoopers community.
Use LumaLoop safely
LumaLoop supports personal reflection and intentional practice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical or mental-health condition, and it is not a replacement for qualified professional care.
At its heart, LumaLoop is a practice of hearing yourself return.
